"Puss in Boots" December 2009
It's Panto time! Oh no it isn't! Oh yes it is! The Glow Theatre Group actors had a huge amount of fun putting together a very festive and seasonal show in December, as they explored another genre of theatre, that of the pantomime! Puss in Boots was a full length traditional panto, complete with many corny jokes, several pantomime dames, villains and heroes, kings and queens, princesses and dragons, and of course some custard pies along the way! Our hero Jack set out to rescue the princess from the hands of the very evil Ogre, and to win her hand in marriage, helped by the clever and cunning Puss In Boots. And of course, we all love a happy ending....aahhhh!!
